1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or via our customer service team. A full payment is required to secure your spot on the tour. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and online payments.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your tour date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that Highland Heritage Tours needs to cancel a tour, a full refund will be issued.

3. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour if we believe weather conditions or other factors pose a risk to participants. Please ensure you are physically able to participate in the activities included in the tour.

4. Liability

Highland Heritage Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour unless caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.
